The usual affidavit having been filed I had no alternative but to issue the Warrant.
With regard to the ground on which exemption from arrest is claimed by Messageries Maritimes Steamers, it is to be noted that it has never been officially notified to the Judge of the Vice Admiralty Court, or if it has (which I doubt), the Registrar has received no instructions on the subject.
I send the Registrar's Copy of the Rules and Regulations, and am, &c.
